RETURNS

Please send us a request for a return within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original tags attached. We are no longer able to accommodate exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please send us a request for a return label and repurchase your correct size. We will refund your original order as soon as we receive it back. 

To make a return please do the following :

  • Email us at CLOZEECUSTOMERSERVICE@GMAIL.COM with the subject title of the email stating "Return" 
  • Provide us with your Name and Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Once email is sent, please allow 24-48 hrs for a response from our team with further instruction.

International Orders: At this time, we are not able to generate complimentary return shipping labels for International Orders. International customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Your return will be processed for a refund once received by our warehouse. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER

If your order is returned to sender:

  • Email us at CLOZEECUSTOMERSERVICE@GMAIL.COM with the subject title of the email stating “RTS"
  • Provide us with your Name, Order Number, and confirm your correct shipping address.
  • Once we receive your returned package, please allow 1-2 weeks for our warehouse to process and redirect it back out to you.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If a product is delivered damaged or defective please do the following:

  • Send an email to CLOZEECUSTOMERSERVICE@GMAIL.COM titled "Damaged"
  • Email us a photo of the damaged goods
  • State where the product is damaged
  • Please include Name, and Order Number
  • Once email is sent, please allow 24-48 hrs for a response from our team with further instruction.
  • A refund won’t be made for the damaged item unless the item can’t be replaced.
